Position description

As a Key Account Manager you will join the UK team for the sales, promotion and organization of our language courses abroad for students. You will operate in a truly international environment in a motivated team. 


  • Selling our language programs to our B2B corporate and B2G clients
  • Take full ownership of the sales in the market to deliver performance targets
  • Proactively identifying, prospecting and acquiring new clients; building long term relationships
  • Responding to client queries and advising customers, achieving excellent customer service
  • Actively developing and updating the client database
  • Helping develop and coordinate promotional and marketing campaigns
  • Sales administration and follow up
  • Building up the company brand, presenting EF products at meetings
  • Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Profit responsibilities
  • Close collaboration with all our schools in the UK and abroad


  • Master’s Degree in Business Management and International Relations
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience ideally gained while working within a sales office environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong commercial instinct
  • Proactive, with a motivating team spirit, thriving under high pressure
  • Target driven with leadership ability
  • Proven sales track record
  • International experience, mainly from the Middle East
  • Previous experience with working with governments and ministries, preferably from the Middle East
  • Flexible and hungry for professional development in an international environment
  • Great attention to detail
