Position description

The Arabia Foundation, a think tank in Washington, DC that specializes in the geopolitics of the Arabian Peninsula, is seeking an entry level Graphic Designer to support the Head of Digital Strategy with its weekly newsletter and other graphic design production. 

Responsibilities include designing weekly newsletter, reports, e-blasts, original logos, and other publications as assigned. The successful candidate will also be assisting in video editing efforts and sometimes photo shooting during events.  

Qualifications

  • One to three year’s experience in graphic design, and media production;
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud particularly Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Experience with web-based digital media production technologies and strategies
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop Premier is highly preferred;
  • Capacity to work productively and contribute across cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing workflow;
  • Ability to work nights and weekends when needed.
