Davis Defense Group (DDG), a very successful Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), is looking for a:

  • Program Manager/Director with U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) experience providing Institutional Support Services that include Acquisition & Procurement for The Bureau for Global Health (GH) front office and five technical offices.

  • Successful applicant will have previous Management experience in the procurement support service that includes but is not limited to:

    • Assisting with solicitations, negotiation, award, administrations and closeout of acquisition and assistance instruments

    • Supporting acquisition and assistance design teams with required documentation

    • Increasing efficiency in the procurement process by standardizing the creation of templates, checklists and other tools.

  • Must have management experience that includes the oversight of over 30 acquisition and procurement personnel in both DC and overseas field missions.

  • Primary work performance will be within the contiguous United States and internationally at USAID missions as required.

  • Have previous PM experience working with US Government Contract Officer Representative (COR) providing contract deliverables and meeting required metrics.

  • Must have experience in all aspects of procurement documentation that includes but not limited to: pre-solicitation, solicitation, negotiation, award, administration and closeout as well as interagency agreements with other US Governmental organizations.

  • Experience in the recruitment, negotiation, award and administration of Personnel Service Contracts (PSCs) (in the area of Public Health & related technical fields) in accordance with Agency Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Education Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of PM equivalent experience, or Master’s Degree and 7 years of equivalent experience in Business Management, International Relations or any related discipline.
