Thank you for your interest in being our Office Manager. As a member of the Project Happiness team, you will have the chance to be part of an international Non Profit. We are seeking a responsible, organized individual to assist our team members with various office-related tasks and simple tech support to serve our international community.

Our Office Manager position is ideal for recently graduated students, or anyone looking to make a difference in this world, and a start in the non profit industry. This paid position requires 40 hours a week with potential for benefits.

Office Manager must meet the minimum requirements:

- Must have high school diploma (or equivalent required), some college preferred
- Two years general office experience
- General understanding of Apple computers and modern technology, apps, and websites
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks
- Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Excellent customer service

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- Support the CEO and program staff by providing specialized administrative support
- Assisting with technology troubleshooting
- International/local shipping and handling of products
- Database entries
- Answering and managing sorting of phone calls and emails
- Manage billing and payments 
- Organize monthly and quarterly Newsletters
- Other general office duties

The ideal candidate:

- Has good interpersonal skills, together with the ability and willingness to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be adaptable and flexible, ready to jump on any project that is important at the moment
- Is a self-starter, able to do work without much supervision
- Is reliable, and accountable, and showcases a variety of skills including organization, and social media
