The Defense & Intelligence Group is currently seeking a Management Consultant to support the Intelligence Community. All candidates must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for the position.
Successful candidates will have experience and skills in any of the following areas:
The Management Consultant will draw upon their experience to assist the customer in solving complex problems. They will conduct a research on a variety of topics, including personnel, production, customer satisfaction, strategic planning, organizational development, expertise development, and recruiting. They will be responsible for helping the customer select the appropriate methodology, conducting the research by extracting data from large customer databases, analyzing the information and providing results in a manner that is easily grasped by the customer. Deliverables from their taskings will include models, summary reports, meeting minutes, focus group sessions, surveys, and briefing packages.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified Management Consultant candidates will have overall 5 years of experience, with demonstrated experience briefing executive-level customers. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, Economics, Government, International Relations, or equivalent is required; a Masters degree in one of these relevant fields is preferred.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills. They should also have demonstrated strong visual presentation skills, i.e., using charts, graphics, and other visual materials to present data in comprehensible ways. Expertise in working with advanced statistical analytics, including (but not limited to) regression and multivariate analysis, random sampling, and pivot tables is a plus.
Experience with an Intelligence Community analytic component is desirable.
