Position description

Central Europe Energy Partners, AISBL, is currently looking for a professional who will join its team as a communication and events coordinator. 


  • organisation of events such as conferences, workshops, seminars
  • conduct information and promotional activities
  • maintain contacts with journalists dealing covering the energy sector
  • coordinate website’s updates and social media (Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • coordination of CEEP Reports – quarterly publication on EU energy policy
  • prepare recommendations for CEEP’s partnership in conferences
  • prepare press releases and coordinate other CEEP publications
  • participate and prepare notes from conferences, meetings
  • proofreading and editing texts, publications and correspondence

  • university degree in international relations, European studies, public relations, communication
  • basic knowledge of EU’s energy policy and Central Europe’s energy sector
  • knowledge of EU’s political processes
  • at least one year experience in organisation/company related to the energy sector or EU affairs
  • excellent organisational skills
  • knowledge of computer and social media tools
  • ability to work independently and under time pressure
  • excellent command of English (written and oral), knowledge of other language(s) from Central Europe would be an important asset
