Ergo is a global intelligence and advisory firm specializing in due diligence, competitive intelligence, and geopolitical analysis in the world’s most challenging geographies. Our clients include leading private equity firms, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporations, and law firms.

Ergo seeks a cryptocurrency analyst of the very highest caliber to join its New York City office. Recent graduates from top undergraduate or graduate programs with prior work experience are especially encouraged to apply. Applicants must have full-time work availability and authorization in New York City. Salary and title will vary depending on the candidates experience and background.

This is a great opportunity to work on a compelling and emerging issue and build a remarkable skill set performing a range of critical roles and responsibilities, including:

  • Researching, writing, and delivering on-time reports of varying complexity; ensuring that deliverables are accurate, complete and meet/exceed the client's needs
  • Interfacing with major clients on a regular basis by handling scope of work questions, responding to follow-up inquiries, and generally understanding the client's needs
  • Working closely with Ergo's research and executive teams

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have completed an undergraduate or graduate degree with an emphasis on business and/or technology. Previous internship or work experience in consulting, risk or policy analysis, or other crypto-related fields is a plus.

Candidates are expected to demonstrate a genuine interest in cryptocurrencies, particularly policy and regulation of cryptocurrencies, both in the United States and internationally. The ideal candidate also has prior experience working on these issues, either professionally or academically. Self-starters with demonstrated passion and drive are especially encouraged to apply.
