Position description

We are seeking a talented, self-motivated, experienced senior person and strategy manager to develop strategies for international presence, drive decision alignment, and translate Boeing strategies into action to achieve global growth. 
The senior manager will lead a high caliber team that researches and synthesizes market & competitive intelligence to obtain political, local needs, local capability-related insights, develops and aligns strategies for actions and communicates anticipated outcomes. The manager initiates and cultivates relationships internally across all business units and more importantly, externally with senior country leaders and industry leaders. 

Position Responsibilities Include: 

  • Develops strategic alternatives, drives decision alignment, and implements Boeing strategies to achieve global 
    growth, innovation and productivity. 

  • Drives senior leadership decision making on key choices the Company needs to make on international presence and engagement 

  • Leads a team that researches and synthesizes international markets, capabilities & competitive intelligence to inform strategy development 

  • Analyzes, aligns and integrates global strategies across Company objectives, Functions and Business Units. 

  • Cultivates relationships and assesses business development opportunities for merger/acquisitions and/or partnerships to drive global growth.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Policy, International Relations, International Affairs, Political Science, or related field
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Experience with international business development 
  • 3 plus years experience performing strategy work (e.g. market or competitive research and analysis, strategy development, and facilitating strategic decisions)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience managing and negotiating offset programs
