The Internship Program at the EastWest Institute provides talented students and recent graduates with a three- month (or longer) unpaid training opportunity designed to encourage professional and personal development. As a think and do tank, we encourage out-of-the-box thinking and value fresh perspectives.
As part of the on the job training process interns will work closely with their supervisor on the organization of major convenings, research projects, administrative and logistical support, and other necessary tasks specific to their respective department. Additionally, interns will add to their skill sets by attending informal and formal learning sessions.
EWI’s Asia-Pacific program engages political, military, government, academic and business leaders, facilitating highly constructive dialogues that address key issues in the Asia-Pacific region. The Asia-Pacific program is seeking an intern to be involved in its programmatic work in the fall. The intern will be exposed to various aspects of the organization process for U.S.-China high-level dialogues.
