The successful candidate will have a proven record of breaking stories on military issues as well as analyzing and interpreting reports as they relate to military events and policies around the world.
The ideal candidate will be a strong, fast writer who is equally comfortable quickly filing breaking stories to our website and crafting insightful articles for page A1 of the newspaper. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience covering the military, foreign policy or national security. Odd hours are part of the job.
