Checchi and Company Consulting (Checchi) supports the development of more just and democratic societies by providing technical assistance to strengthen justice sector institutions, combat corruption, and increase the involvement of civil society in reform initiatives. Our monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) practice helps improve outcomes across all development sectors. We have completed long-term projects in more than 120 countries around the world, including many fragile and post-conflict states. Our principal client is the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
The Deputy Program Manager will provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support for Checchi Consulting’s rule of law and anti-corruption projects in Latin America. Specific responsibilities include the following: mobilize consultants for short-term assignments, assist with quarterly and annual reports, help ensure compliance with USAID procedures, provide occasional translation of documents, and support the company’s new business development activities in the region. Periodic travel to Latin America is required for this position.
Candidates must be fluent in Spanish, detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational, communication and writing skills. Preferred candidates will have prior relevant experience, including experience in Latin America.
