ADL Education (“EDU”) is a geographically distributed team headquartered in NYC that is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of EDU’s ambitious digitization and productization goals. The EDU Project Manager is an energetic, multi-talented and detail-oriented professional with deep practical experience of project management practices and tools and a history of working across time–zones with distributed teams. The ideal candidate will combine a fanatical attention to detail with the ability to keep in mind the 1,000-foot view and the business goals for each project and its stakeholders.
Day–to–day work will involve managing multi–participant workflows for complex projects developed for online, in–person and print distribution; coordinating schedules and meetings, and providing quality control for EDU products. Being able to problem-solve under pressure, accommodate shifting timelines and priorities and organize information quickly are essential.
This position can be based in ADL offices in NYC, Chicago, Boston, or Boca Raton.
