Job Description:
Support day-to-day functions to successfully execute and optimize analytics and research. Candidate will work closely with client organization leadership and front-office staff to develop daily operating procedures, facilitate collaboration and coordination, author and disseminate strategic communications and guidelines, capture and track peer feedback, and track tasking and execution status. Part of the role will seek to improve process to implement operational and organizational efficiencies such as the recommendation of new technologies, guidelines for streamlining process steps, and other methods to save organization money and time. Candidate will be joining a dynamic organization with ""start-up"" culture where entrepreneurialism and innovation-mind set are required for success. 

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Coordinating analytics and research requests, tasks, and status 
  • Managing outreach and stakeholder coordination 
  • Aligning resourcing to tasks for execution 
  • Authoring, drafting and editing strategic communications 
  • Identifying operational and process efficiencies for implementation


Basic Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 3+ years in client facing, client engagement roles 
  • Experience with business process improvement and organizational design 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset that seeks to constantly add value 
  • Strong written and oral communications 
  • Experience working in international relations / policy field 
  • Knowledge of data science and analytics processes, tools, and outcomes 
  • Experience with business metrics and performance indicators 
  • Experience interacting with Senior-government officials

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
