We have an exciting role in our digital in programme team responsible for exploring and supporting the ways in which digital technologies can enable Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning processes.
Are you able to provide specialist advice and support to country teams on technical, digital skills in MEL to strengthen programme design and delivery?

As Digital MEAL advisor, you will work with programme MEAL Officers around the world to improve the use of data-driven processes through the programme lifecycle. You will also contribute to Your Word Counts – a programme of work about feedback and accountability to the communities with whom Oxfam works.
You will be responsible for exploring and supporting the ways in which digital technologies can enable Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning processes, a key entry point for programme data.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone to work with MEAL staff to explore and support the role of digital technologies through the data life cycle. This post will play a key role in coordination, support and advice on relevant projects that use digital tools to improve programme monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) processes.
As a successful candidate, you will research and analyse appropriateness of available Digital in Programme tools to influence advice provided and to drive improvement of programme quality
This post sits in the Programme Strategy and Impact Team (PSIT) within the International Programmes Team, and focuses on harnessing more value from data to achieve long term development and humanitarian goals.
