The Talent coordinator will work on a combination of strategic projects as well as assisting in driving our core recruiting operations.
Schedule interviews, communicate interview details and host candidate visits
Assist with sourcing candidates as well as maintain candidate pipelines and help ensure that all candidates have a point of contact
Manage job postings
Provide the highest level of service to internal and external customers
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked.
Work as part of a dedicated team and take on other related tasks as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience
Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service
Excellent organization skills
Impeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment while driving the interview process from start to finish
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A background in a client-facing role
