Position description

The Talent coordinator will work on a combination of strategic projects as well as assisting in driving our core recruiting operations.  

 

You will:

  • Schedule interviews, communicate interview details and host candidate visits

  • Assist with sourcing candidates as well as maintain candidate pipelines and help ensure that all candidates have a point of contact

  • Manage job postings

  • Provide the highest level of service to internal and external customers

  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked.  

  • Work as part of a dedicated team and take on other related tasks as assigned.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience

  • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment while driving the interview process from start to finish

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • A background in a client-facing role
