The Intensive Case Worker will assist refugees with persistent barriers to self-sufficiency. This may include individuals with chronic health problems, disabilities, mental health issues, the elderly, or single parents with minor children. The Intensive Caseworker will create plans with clients to overcome these issues and take care of their own needs. This position will require strong problem-solving skills, experience working with individuals of diverse backgrounds, and a commitment to keeping thorough documentation. Bridge is seeking a qualified individual to assist refugees overcome barriers to self-sufficiency. The open position is full time and provides a stipend for benefits. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Work or a human services field. Multilingual candidates will be given preference, with a special need for Swahili, Arabic, or Kirundi speakers. To be considered for this position, you must have a driver's license and your own transportation.
