Support National Disclosure Policy functions, including contractor-delegated foreign disclosure representative responsibilities, international affairs, armaments and security cooperation initiatives, and integration of Allies and international partners into the USSF processes. Research and conduct analyses of technical, operational, policy, political, and military factors related to proposed international programs and USSF efforts. Act as a major contributor to develop and implement international processes and influence the design of next generation space architectures and services to enable joint warfighting advantage. Provide review and inputs, with participation as directed, to influence higher level Service, DoD, and national security space international engagement and cooperation strategies, guidance, plans and initiatives. Draft supporting justification and disclosure guidance for international programs and USSF efforts. Develop and conduct foreign disclosure and Allied integration training. Conduct expert-level analysis supporting foreign disclosure and policy support. Assist USSF teams with understanding higher-level guidance and direction for Allied integration. Develop inputs and deliverables, in support of USSF efforts, to describe Allied opportunities. Analyze, develop and implement USSF strategies, plans, and processes to methodically consider, solicit, identify, evaluate, coordinate, and reflect opportunities for Allied integration. Assess, recommend and implement foreign disclosure and technology transfer processes according to government direction. Leverage security cooperation expertise and liaison with counterpart US international affairs stakeholders responsible for related functions. Support and lead as directed, international partner working group activities to integrate Allied and foreign participation into USSF efforts to address operational needs, capabilities, and opportunities. Perform administrative functions related to international space, such as coordination of disclosure initiatives and record keeping related to disclosure activities.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
