This internship position will suit anyone interested in acquiring a practical overview of a wide range of countries in conflict, developing concise writing skills, and learning how a policy organisation develops its communications strategies. Candidates will need very good English, good writing skills and to enjoy working in a fast-paced, diverse, multinational team. The ideal intern will have prior communications experience and will already be familiar with the production of podcasts in a professional setting.
Our Communications team is based in Brussels, Belgium. We encourage applications from students based in Belgium who are undertaking the internship as part of an academic or sponsored program (e.g. those integrating the internship into their academic curriculum for credit, or supported by external funding such as a grant or scholarship). While priority is given to such candidates, those not pursuing the internship for academic credit may still be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the possibility of remote work.
