Position description

Priorities for the 2/3 first months:
- Lead and follow closely the implementation of the 2 ongoing projects in the base.
- Steer the development of key investments, studies and concept notes for kickstarting new programmatic approaches.
- Reinforce integration of priority crosscutting elements: Protection mainstreaming, environment/CC.
