Senior Fellow, Corporate Accountability and Anti-Corruption

Position description

AELP seeks an experienced legal expert on white collar crime and government corruption to drive our work on corporate accountability and anti-corruption. This role will combine deep legal analysis with strategic policy advocacy and public communications to ensure that laws and enforcement mechanisms are deployed effectively.

 

The core function of this role is to analyze the direct link between concentrated economic power and the rise in white collar crime and government corruption. The ideal candidate will be tasked with identifying opportunities to enforce or strengthen laws restore meaningful and robust enforcement at this critical intersection to restore corporate accountability. The ideal candidate is passionate about tackling concentrated power and capable of clearly communicating law and policy in service of a bold agenda for accountability and reform.

Qualifications

 

This is a full time, exempt position. The salary range is $125,000 - $135,000 plus excellent employer-paid full coverage benefits for employee, including health, dental, and vision, as well as generous vacation and unlimited sick days, employer matching 401k plan, and up to twelve weeks parental leave. Locating in Washington, D.C. is preferred but strong remote candidates will be considered.
