As the Responsible Minerals and Human Rights Compliance Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in advancing our Responsible Minerals Program strategy, executing key initiatives across Alphabet and Google, and managing conflict minerals, anti-modern slavery, and human rights compliance and regulatory reporting obligations. You will work with a cross-functional set of stakeholders across Alphabet, including teams embedded in product areas responsible for operationalizing supplier responsibility and responsible minerals program efforts. You have a multidisciplinary skillset, program and project management experience, regulatory reporting experience, great business acumen, and a passion for ethics and integrity.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
