Position description

Independent consultants are being sought to join a private report network on a project-by-project, commission-based basis.

This is a fully remote opportunity. Candidates should be comfortable working with standard remote-work tools and should be available on short notice when assignments arise.

Due to the private nature of the report network, detailed information about the company will only be disclosed after a candidate has been assessed and a hire has been confirmed. No contracts are signed as part of this engagement. Participation is handled on a project-by-project, commission-based basis.

Qualifications

Required skills

• An established career in diplomacy, public service, or related institutions, with experience in policy analysis and decision-making. Backgrounds may include major think tanks, advisory bodies, government institutions, or similar organizations.
• A verifiable professional track record in policy analysis and familiarity with decision-making processes.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to prepare factual, insight-driven analytical reports on public policy issues and international events under time-sensitive conditions.

Desirable skills

• • Familiarity with remote work arrangements and basic software suites for Microsoft and/or Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with messaging apps such as Telegram or Signal.
  • Fluency in one or more foreign languages.
