We are expanding our elite expert network and seeking seasoned U.S.-based Senior Policy Analysts to join us on a flexible, part-time, remote basis. This role is tailored for subject matter experts (SMEs) who possess deep institutional knowledge of Washington’s foreign policy apparatus and the analytical rigor to forecast shifting dynamics in the Indo-Pacific.
We are looking for specialists who can conduct deep-dive research and author executive briefings across one or more of the following domains:
Geopolitics & Foreign Affairs: Indo-Pacific regional security architectures, alliance networks, and diplomatic statecraft.
Defense & Military Strategy: Conventional deterrence, PLA modernization, gray-zone warfare, and strategic stability in East Asia.
Geo-economics & Trade: Global supply chain resilience, semiconductor diplomacy, economic coercion, and trade frameworks.
Energy Security: Critical minerals, maritime choke points, and infrastructure vulnerabilities in the Indo-Pacific.
Predictive Forecasting: Monitor "weak signals" and emerging trendlines in U.S.-Indo-Pacific policy to anticipate regulatory, diplomatic, or military shifts.
Executive Briefing: Author sophisticated, boardroom-ready strategic briefs, memos, and policy papers in English for global decision-makers.
Independent Deep-Dives: Execute autonomous, qualitative research on complex, time-sensitive international mandates.
Professional Qualifications
Extensive Seniority: 5–10+ years of professional experience within relevant U.S. institutions (e.g., premier D.C. think tanks, government agencies, foreign policy consulting, or congressional staff).
Indo-Pacific Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Indo-Pacific affairs, with a nuanced understanding of Western foreign policy interaction with East/Southeast Asian dynamics.
Analytical Precision: Elite capability to synthesize massive volumes of geopolitical or macroeconomic data into crisp, actionable, and objective executive recommendations.
Operational Autonomy: Proven track record of managing complex research deliverables under tight deadlines in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
