Project Brief:

The BRAC Migration Programme is implementing a project titled ‘Strengthening Safe Migration Service and Referral Platform (MSEP)’ to create awareness on safe migration among community people. The main objective of the project is to promote safe migration and make the prospective migrants and their families aware of the migration-related services that they can avail in need. This project intervention is aimed to advocating and facilitating safe, orderly, regular, and responsible migration, contributing to decent employment opportunities free of exploitation and helping migrants and their family members access the migration-related support and services provided by different government and non-government organizations. Through the implementation of this project, the aspirant migrants and other stakeholders will get to know the steps of safe migration, laws, calculation of costs and benefits that will help to take accurate decisions. The prospective migrants and their family members will be responsible for making the migration choice in regard to migration cost and earning flow. The project duration is July-September 2026.

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality reporting, documentation, and information management by collecting, compiling, analyzing, and maintaining accurate project data and records, and preparing timely reports, case stories, and donor documentation. Additionally, this role supports evidence-based project monitoring, coordination, and decision-making for the BRAC Migration Programme.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Social Work, International Relations, English or any other discipline

Experience requirements:

Freshers are encouraged to apply; however, 1 year of related working experience is preferred.
