Position description

The Donor Engagement Intern is part of the Donor Engagement Europe Team within GBD, which is responsible for relationship management of IRC’s key institutional donors. Under the line management of the Senior Advisor Donor Engagement with INTPA/DG MENA, and in close coordination with the Donor Engagement Officer for DG ECHO, the Donor Engagement Intern supports IRC’s funding focused engagement mainly with DG INTPA, DG MENA, and DG ECHO, collaborating closely with other teams which lead on policy, advocacy and technical engagement. The Donor Engagement Intern supports the development and implementation of strategies for maintaining and developing proactive and positive relationships with those donors, in support of the delivery of IRC organisational strategy, Strategy 100. The Intern is also expected to support across the team on ad hoc requests and admin support.
