Position description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist director with topic selection, speaker invitations, and other daily administrative work;
  2. Communicate with other FLIA members about proposals and marketing;
  3. Play role of a liaison to communicate with audience and speakers, and recording each activity via Zoom;
  4. Assist in editing videos and uploading to FLIA’s official platforms

Qualifications

  1. Current graduate student or master’s degree required;
  2. Major in law, international affairs or other relevant academic discipline;
  3. Functional knowledge of at least one of the above topics;
  4. Excellent English and Chinese reading and writing skills;
  5. Responsible, creative and efficient;
  6. Video editing skill is a plus

Duration 

FLIA internships are part-time, voluntary positions. The internship program requires a minimum commitment of three months. The average time commitment will be 20 hours per week.
