Socaba (Social Capital Bank) is a data- driven management consulting firm that serves public interest organisations on migration, governance and security topics. Founded in 2008, the company operates through its offices in Denmark and United Kingdom. Recent clients include the OECD, United Nations, European Commission (EEAS, DEVCO, HOME, NEAR), African Union, and an extensive list of national governments and tier-one research institutes, primarily in Europe and North America. Our projects have been implemented in South East Asia, Central Asia, across the Middle East, in East and West Africa and in Australia, United States and across Europe.
Role: As one of four project coordinators at Socaba, you will contribute to EU and international projects on migration, governance, and security, ranging from radicalisation prevention programmes to the elaboration of an EU conflict early warning system. You will take part in Socaba’s to generate and invest social capital through innovation by better linking advanced analytics to impact investing and government delivery. All project coordinators will be trained to contribute to existing international assistance contracts while also learning to develop new markets.

Full time position entry-level position, which includes training, a tailored mentorship programme, and dedicated supervision by senior management. Promotion to Project Officer upon superior performance during six-month contract, or extension of Project Coordinator role for one additional period only.
Consultancy contract with competitive remuneration.
