WHO YOU ARE
- • Need to have a genuine interest in public policy and changes in society;
• Applying long-term strategic thinking;
• Excellent at listening and able to build networks;
• High sense of integrity and ethical behaviour.
- • Monitor policy issues related to retail, digitalisation, circular economy, climate and equality
• Research on political EU landscape
• Attend conferences and event related to the priority issues
• Supports the preparation of briefings and other material for meetings
• Support in event organisation.

- Public Affairs is contributing to the positioning of the IKEA Group as a values-driven company and employer which is taking an active role in the community and showing responsibility for the society and environment. It is about building long-term relationships with external stakeholders, to participate in the public dialogue and to influence the development of policy frameworks, rules, guidelines and practices
