Carnegie India is looking for a Research Analyst to assist in further developing the Security Studies program led by Srinath Raghavan. The Security Studies program focuses on the study of strategic and international affairs and India's borders.
The Research Analyst will support the work of the scholars in the program and also be expected to conduct and publish original research on areas of interest to the program.
The candidate should have a proven record of conducting independent research. She/he should also have a proven publication record and at least 3-4 years of work experience in a research environment, such as universities, think tanks, government, or other policy positions. The program is also looking for someone with drive and initiative who is able to bring a degree of excitement to the manner and method in which she/he approaches research in the domain of security studies.
