Position description

We understand and provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.

 

We are currently seeking an International Program Analyst for the F-35 Joint Program Office located in Arlington, Virginia. This position is contingent upon successful contract award. The incumbent must have experience working with foreign disclosure and releasability processes and procedures. They will be experienced in Joint Service or international cooperative projects within the DoD. The incumbent will be familiar with Security Assistance/Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs and understand the FMS sales process from case development, implementation, execution, to closure. 

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to - 

  • Participates in meetings and supports specified PMO

 

Required Experience 

  • Experience in a business or technical position supporting strategic planning efforts in major DoD, other government agency, or private sector acquisition program.
  • Possesses demonstrated experience in Joint Service or international cooperative projects within the DoD or other government agency.
  • Knowledge of the Security Assistance/Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs to include the understanding of the FMS sales process from case development, implementation, execution, to closure.
  • Possesses demonstrated experience working with foreign disclosure and release-ability processes and procedures.
  • Possesses demonstrated robust initiative, and the ability to work independently under general supervision and function as part of an interdisciplinary team

 

Education - Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, International Affairs/Policy, or a related discipline

 

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
