Peraton is looking for a Manager of Cyber Intelligence Analyst in McLean, Virginia, to join our team of dedicated analysts supporting ongoing research and analysis focused on Insurgency and violent actions for non-conventional and strategic military forces. You will directly lead and manage performance and activity of a team of Analysts. In addition you will: Conducts research and evaluates technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networks. Analyze network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine advisory capability and intent. Prepare assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Correlates threat data from various sources. Develop and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials.
Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR A PhD; An additional 5 years of experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree requirement Experience in evaluating data from a variety of sources (open and classified sources), working in military intelligence or violence tracking Knowledge and experience using Boolean logic Capable of creating presentations and other analytic products in a variety of formats to support briefing requirements An Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance Prior leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in military history, political science, international relations, security studies, intelligence analysis, or other related discipline and five (5) years of experience in military intelligence issues Knowledge or experience in data analysis Formal leadership experience of a team of 5 or more individuals
