Washington State University (WSU) conducts transformational research and provides world-class education to a diverse student population of approximately 31,000 students statewide. WSU Tri-Cities is a branch campus of Washington State University, located in Richland, which, along with Kennewick and Pasco, make up the Tri-Cities, Washington. The campus draws from a regional population of approximately 260,000, and is expanding its reach both nationally and internationally. The growing campus has more than 1,800 students who are served by nearly 90 full-time faculty and 250 adjunct faculty, many of whom are full-time researchers and scientists at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory or local science and engineering firms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree and/or PhD in Political Science or related field
  • Successful teaching experience at the college level, particularly teaching lower division Political Science courses
  • Experience working with a diverse population of students
