Together Rising transforms collective heartbreak into effective action. Through financial grants and distributions of goods directly to families and individuals, and through financial grants to organizations meeting needs from within impacted communities, Together Rising invests in people in crisis around the world – whether it’s reuniting refugee families torn apart at the U.S. border, evacuating and feeding fleeing Ukrainian families, providing shelter for unhoused LGBTQIA+ kids on the streets in Indianapolis, establishing the first opioid recovery home for pregnant teens in New Hampshire, building a maternal health wing in Port-au-Prince, providing a single mother access to breast cancer treatment, or keeping a foster family’s heat on in Texas.
Together Rising is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has raised over $40 million, with a most frequent donation of $25. Together Rising was founded in 2012 by Glennon Doyle – activist, speaker, and #1 New York Times bestselling author of Untamed and Love Warrior. Glennon serves as President and a member of the Together Rising Board of Directors along with Abby Wambach, Liz Book, Amanda Doyle, Allison Schott, Austin Channing Brown, Ashley C. Ford, and Katy Nishimoto.
