Here’s where you come in:

As the Global Head of Learning and Development (L&D), you will set L&D strategy that is integrated with the organisation’s talent management framework. You will establish minimum standards, develop learning platform and materials, and manage the delivery of training to Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) and their clients across the network. A key focus is to ensure that MFI leadership and staff are equipped to deliver high quality, client-centric financial services especially as new technology and related processes are implemented. It is also to enable staff to unlock client’s knowledge and skills for business success and well-being.

Requirements include:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Project Management Professional
  • Minimum of 10 years learning and development experience;
  • Learning and development, certified professional in training management, learning and performance and similar courses
  • The ideal candidate will have a combination of training, consulting, facilitation, supporting and leading change, influencing, and project management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
