About You
As a Senior Manager on our Partner Solutions team, you will deliver high-quality fundraising strategy and implementation services to a portfolio of Global Impact’s nonprofit, corporate, and foundation clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting, project management, fundraising and grants management and is ready to take the next step in their career.

The Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of nonprofit and private sector engagements. In collaboration with the Managing Director, the Senior Manager will lead business development efforts to achieve agreed upon financial goals. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and exciting client portfolio and with colleagues across complementary teams with skill sets to influence philanthropy. The work is fast-paced, and the culture is conducive for growth. Serving as a strategic lead on client engagements, you will communicate with clients regularly and will work to reach agreed upon revenue and programmatic goals.
Qualifying for this role means you have completed a bachelor's or master's degree and have 7+ years' experience in fundraising and development. You can develop strategy and implementation plans to secure funding. Your project management skills are excellent, and you may have provided grant management services to private sector, foundation, and donor collaboratives. You coach your team well and help them to grow. Knowledge of key nonprofit sectors including public health, international global health and development, education, human services, social services, and the ability to build relationships within key sectors is essential.
Working at Global Impact
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for more than one year. Visa sponsorship is not available. This is a full-time position with the potential to be fully remote – you must be able to work majority of hours in the eastern time zone.

The salary range is $75,000 - $95,000 depending on the experience you have.
