Job description
We are looking for a senior graphic designer who will be responsible for creating, managing, and producing design solutions for all printed materials as well as the design for digital use on our website, social media platforms, and e-marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for managing the creation and execution of our visual identity, ensuring that all our communications align with the established brand guidelines.
Part of the Creative department, the senior graphic designer will work closely with the Creative Director as well as with our developer, Programs, and Marketing teams to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various products following HRF’s branding guidelines, marketing strategy, and communication goals.
Other than a strong understanding of design across all platforms, the ideal candidate is able to efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching creative assets. Responsibilities also include staying up to date on industry trends and the latest digital design software.

Expected starting salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year commensurate with experience
