Position description

DAI, a global consulting firm based in the United States, is currently accepting applications from candidates for technical and managerial long- and short-term positions on the anticipated Kosovo Community Cooperation Activity Task Order under the P4P2 IDIQ funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).  

Anticipated Program Background  

The anticipated scope of the program is to promote cooperation and peaceful co-existence between diverse ethnic groups across Kosovo.  

Professionals with five (5) or more years of experience in the following areas of expertise are sought for long- and short-term positions.  Kosovo nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.  

  • Deputy Chief of Party with experience in USAID project management 

  • Director of Finance and Operations 

  • Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)   

  • Strategic Communications Manager 

  • Grants development and management 

  • USAID project finance, operations, human resources, and contract administration 

Qualifications 

  • Degree, from an accredited university, in a relevant or related field (such as international development, international relations). Advanced degree (master’s or higher) is preferred.  

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in area of expertise. 

  • Two (2) or more years of progressive management and leadership experience for managerial positions. 

  • Experience in Kosovo preferred. 

  • Experience with international donor-funded programs. USAID experience a plus. 

  • Strong communication skills—both written and oral—in English.
