For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. An Exciting Opportunity at the Nexus of Politics, Energy, Technology, and Sustainability: The Manager, Government Relations, Trade and Tax Policy in Washington, DC USA - Schneider Electric will have an opportunity to support Schneider Electric’s government relations strategy in the United States by providing analysis, monitoring, and guidance on trade and tax policies. Specifically, the Manager will support the Chief Public Policy Officer and the Chief Federal Lobbyist by monitoring developments on topics including tariffs, trade negotiations, USMCA, CFIUS policy, export controls, and tax policy. Additionally, the Manager will be expected to support internal working groups and teams implementing and complying with policies relevant to their portfolio.
The Manager will support the Chief Public Policy Officer in advancement of the U.S. government relations strategy on international policy and diplomatic engagements, including through work with embassies, the State Department, and other relevant organizations.
The Manager will participate in critical industry organizations to promote a business and policy environment that align with the U.S. government relations strategy on trade and tax policy.
