Your support will help us secure contributions to change lives.

Are you an expert in administration, office management, or project coordination and support? Do you excel in planning, organisation, and multitasking, with a proven track record of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines? We want to hear from you! Join us in securing donor grants for a pan-European development bank
with a unique social mandate!

Bringing together 43 member countries, the CEB finances and responds to emergency situations and actively enhances the living conditions of the most disadvantaged groups. Strengthening social cohesion and building thriving communities in Europe, we drive inclusive growth, bolster economic sustainability – and create exceptional careers.

Enjoying different challenges every day, you will prepare and format minutes, correspondence and reports, review grant requests against eligibility criteria and constantly record project activity. At the same time, you will actively enhance workflows and best practice, organise meetings and events and develop detailed paper records and databases on donors, so you will be central to everything we do.

To join us, you should bring:

  • Demonstrable success in fast-moving hybrid office environments.
  • A high level of proficiency in standard software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook plus videoconferencing packages like Zoom, Teams and Webex.
  • Real flair for learning new tools, technologies and procedures.
  • Excellent writing skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • A deep understanding of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Full fluency in English or French, backed by some command of the other language and
preferably another Central, Eastern or South-Eastern European dialect.
  • Experience with an international organisation, EU body or multinational bank (ideal but
    not essential).
