The International Programming Coordinator and Advisor is responsible for a variety of administrative duties in the Office of Cross Cultural and Leadership Development to support international student programming, student organizations, and the development of global leadership programs.
The position advises 6 cultural student organizations which are highly active and provide a variety of educational and social programs on campus. The position provides leadership for the Global Ties program which provides engagement opportunities for international students, as well as, globally focused programs for international and domestic students. The position supervisors student mentors who mentor first year International students and support retention efforts. The position serves on the International Week committee to represent the Division of Student Affairs for the university.
