The Program Coordinator is the entry level position to program work at IFES, providing support to the program division. The Program Coordinator will provide administrative and programmatic support for current and developing programs. This position is for the Asia-Pacific department to support IFES' programs in Southeast Asia.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years’ relevant experience in international development or related field.
Related Skills or Knowledge: Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required. Introductory experience in proposal development required, with experience in program management. Familiarity with USAID and non-US based donor regulations and reporting requirements preferred. Detailed oriented and organized. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. Collaborative, team oriented individual.
Language Skills: English required.
Travel: Travel may be required
