Location:Brussels (remote and on-site options may be considered depending on project needs)

Time Commitment:Part-Time (approximately 2 days per week; to be discussed based on consultant availability and project requirements)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated freelance consultant to take on the role of Youth Project Officer and provide expertise in finalizing two youth-focused projects:Act4DysandKeep Driven. This assignment is ideal for professionals interested in youth project management.

      • Engage with young people, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and participation.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Youth Project Officer to support our team and take a leading role in finalising two youth focused projects:Act4DysandKeep Driven. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in inclusive youth empowerment and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

      • Coordinate and implement activities for the Act4Dys and Keep Driven projects, in line with the outlined project objectives and action plans, including organising events.
      • Engage with young people, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and participation.
      • Support project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to donors, including collecting feedback and documenting outcomes.
      • Assist with communication tasks such as preparing updates, social media content, and outreach materials.
      • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to strengthen youth engagement and project visibility.
      • Work closely with the projects' leading organisations.
      • Be available for the projects meetings (for instance, the 25th and 26th March in Brussels. Other dates to be confirmed).

Requirements

      • Experience working with youth or in community projects (voluntary or paid).
      • Strong organisational and communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
      • Experience with organising events.
      • Registered as a business consultant (add business registration number in the application)
