Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC) is an international nonprofit with offices around the world working to improve protection for civilians caught in conflict zones.CIVIC envisions a world in which no civilian is harmed in conflict. Our mission is to support communities affected by conflict in their quest for protection and strengthen the resolve and capacity of armed actors to prevent and respond to civilian harm. Job Purpose: The Consultant is responsible for leading the delivery of funded projects and advancing CIVIC's UN Program objectives, based in New York. The successful candidate will work with CIVIC's programmatic staff to develop and implement advocacy strategies as well as contributing to key events and research products, including CIVIC's role in organizing POC Week 2026 and the 2026 edition of CIVIC's POC Trends Report.

Duration:2-month contract at 80% capacity, renewable subject to program need and funding availability, starting as soon as possible.
