The Goethe-Institut is the Federal Republic of Germany's globally active cultural institute. We promote knowledge of the German language abroad and foster international cultural cooperation.

• They provide administrative and content-related support for projects within the framework of EU Contribution Agreements for Pillar Assessed Organisations and EU grants.
• They also procure information as a preliminary analysis and preparation of information for the content part of the offer.
• They are doing preliminary work for the budget preparation.
• They monitor application and processing deadlines and oversee the signature processes for EU applications.
• They help with setting up and maintaining the filing system.
• They obtain quotes from service providers and commission them.
• They organize and document internal events and business trips.
• They provided support with tasks related to the Goethe-Institut's membership in the Practitioners' Network.

• Ideally, you have experience with European education/cultural programs as well as foreign aid programs.
• They possess very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; ideally, they also have knowledge of another foreign language.
