As a festival deputy shop manager, you will support The Festival Shop Manager and Festival Shop operations to deliver against ambitious performance targets. You will motivate and inspire a large volunteer team to achieve results.
You will also maximise the value of donated stock to Oxfam.
What we are looking for
You will have experience of recruiting and managing a team. You will be able to work collaboratively with the Shop Manager and Deputy Shop Manager to develop budgeting plans and stock strategy for each pop-up shop.
You will have drive to achieve results and focus on key objectives and targets as well as proven ability of prioritising, working flexibly and using own initiative and judgement within a fast-changing environment.
