Position description

An exciting opportunity to be an EA supporting the Director of Operations for a boutique consultancy firm in fantastic offices in South West London.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a great role in which you will be reporting directly to and assisting the Director of Operations, as her EA, as well as supporting the wider team when required.

Some duties include:

  • Diary management
  • Arranging events and assisting with guest lists
  • Assisting with social media and marketing
  • Formatting documents

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have at least one to two years’ previous experience working in a PA/EA role. You will be hands-on, proactive, and personable, with the ability to work hard and get the job done!

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Extremely organised and great time management
  • Great attention to detail
  • Being respectful of company security and confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • An interest in international relations and politics is desired

SALARY AND OTHER INFORMATION

  • Salary is £32k - £38k, dependent on experience
  • 28 days holiday, plus bank holidays
  • 9.00am – 5.30pm
  • 5 days in the office
