Work you'll do 
 

  • Review and analyze energy regulations regarding environmental, social, and economic impacts of energy project development
  • Deliver asset management design and implementation 
  • Budgeting and planning for operations 
  • Serve as a "Subject Matter Expert", adding experienced insights into client challenges
  • Actively participate in development of business and vendor relationships
  • Support pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs
  • Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
  • Manage solutions, delegate resources, and ensure the quality assurance principles are met across projects and deliverables
  • Lead and support delivery teams and staff
  • Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, providing input and guidance into the staffing process
  • Help our clients make infrastructure decisions that strategically align with organizational objectives
  • Build suitable structures, systems and controls so that our clients can deliver capital projects with confidence
  • Develop eminences, thought ware, and point-of-view materials

Join our team of engineers, economists, planners, financiers, and data scientists who work to build and improve infrastructure and support economic growth across the United States. We work collaboratively to help agencies plan, finance, develop, build, and deliver the next generation of infrastructure across the Federal Government, State Governments, and Local Municipalities. The client issues we tackle include transportation, energy/renewables, connectivity, social and health infrastructure, disaster response and recovery monitoring, and smart infrastructure. 

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree required in Environmental Science, Business, International Relations, Engineering or another business-related field 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Ability to travel 50%-80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • 6+ years of experience analyzing energy regulations 
  • 6+ years of relevant consulting experience
  • Experience presenting and selling ideas to clients and other decision-makers across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 6+ years of experience managing senior-level client relationships


Preferred: 

  • Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 experience
  • Currently certified as a PE, AIA, PMP, PSP, CCM
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Energy and Environmental Law, Economics, Environmental Engineering or another Business-related field
