      • Strategic thinking: Provide insightful, actionable advice on e.g., complex health policy and access issues, health innovation, sustainability and patient engagement topics;
      • External engagement: Nurture existing and build new relationships with external stakeholders to drive network development and represent the company externally;
      • Planning and organisation: Develop and deliver workable public affairs strategies and plans supportive of client goals underpinned by solid rationale, models and thinking;
      • Content development: Create stakeholder engagement and advocacy collateral and lead the day-to-day running of external campaigns;
      • Presenting and communication excellence: Present your ideas clearly and creatively to maximise impact (orally and in writing) in front of senior NGO and business leadership during workshops or other high-intensity settings;
      • Managing finances: Oversee yearly and project-based budgets for different accounts, and ensure projects stay within budget;
      • Solution-oriented: Proactively bring solutions or suggested way forwards when faced with new challenges. ‘Can do’ and entrepreneurial attitude is a must in a growing company!

      • Excellent writing and editorial skills with experience in drafting political narratives for a range of political and non-political audiences, positioning, and advocacy materials for senior audiences;

      • Proven organisational skills, with a track record of effectively prioritising and managing competing demands;
      • Strong credentials and interest in external engagement and networking;
      • Ability to contribute to new business development and growth with senior leadership (i.e., identifying and conceptualising opportunities, preparing proposals, engaging externally);
      • Experience managing small teams (including delegating to and overseeing tasks given to junior colleagues) and working collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment

Required experience and qualifications:

      • Minimum of 5 years professional experience, primarily in healthcare and life sciences policy, gained in-house, within a consultancy or trade association;
