Position Summary: Nathan is recruiting for positions for an upcoming USAID-funded macroeconomic reform activity in Egypt. The activity is expected to start in January 2024.

·Public policy reform;
·Public-Private Partnerships;
·Change Management;
·Gender and Social Inclusion;
·Monitoring and Evaluation/Collaboration, Adaptation and Learning Specialists;
·USAID experienced Finance/Admin, Grants and Operations;
·Information Technology.
Candidates should possess direct and relevant professional experience in one or more of the areas above, prior experience working on USAID-funded programs or projects, and proven consulting skills.
Qualifications:
·Advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Law, Public Administration, Business Administration, or similar field;
·Experience working in programs of a similar focus and complexity, on topics such as budget formulation and execution, debt management, tax policy, and sustainable budgeting;
·Experience working on USAID, DFID, EU, GIZ, World Bank, ADB or other donor-funded programs;
·Experience working in Egypt, the Middle East, or North Africa;
·Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Fluency in Arabic a plus.
