Position description

Position Summary
World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) is recruiting for consultants for short-term assignments worldwide to support projects and proposals on an ongoing basis. WOCCU is currently seeking the following consultant:

Recruiter

  • Manage all levels of the recruitment process for candidates as scopes are assigned;
  • Sort and short-list candidates for project and proposal teams;
  • Document and collect all required candidate paperwork.
  • Conduct preliminary background checks per WOCCU policy.
  • Participate and contribute to recruitment strategy sessions as required

Qualifications

Qualifications

At least three years experience recruiting for international donor-funded projects, especially USAID, is required. An undergraduate degree or higher in human resources, business, finance, or related is required. Fluency in English is required, other language proficiency is desired.
